That’s about as far as our French goes – and that’s exactly why we’re looking for you.

We’re Yumeko: a Dutch eco-luxury brand creating beautifully soft, sustainable bed and bath linen. We believe sustainability should never be a compromise – and that’s why every word on our website matters just as much as every thread in our products. 

 

We’re looking for a native French-speaking freelance copywriter with experience in writing high-quality, conversion-focused content for ecommerce. Do you know how to turn a product into a feeling, and a feeling into a purchase? Then you might be just who we’re looking for. 

 

The project 

We’re starting with a set of 50 texts (approximately 130 hours), ranging from blog articles to category pages. If it turns out to be a dream match, we see this as the beginning of a long-term collaboration with regular monthly work. 

What we’re looking for 

• Native French & fluent in English
• A love for words, style, and storytelling 
• Experience with writing for webshops and ecommerce, with a focus on conversion 
• Solid SEO copywriting skills 
• A feel for tone and the ability to write in Yumeko’s brand voice 
  
  

How we work

As a freelancer, you decide where you work best – whether it’s your home, your favourite café, or wherever creativity flows – while staying closely aligned with our content team and strategy. 

 

You’ll be part of an international team of copywriters (German, Dutch and Swedish). Even though the work is remote, we work together as a team. We provide clear briefings, realistic deadlines, and meaningful feedback. In return, we trust you to bring your best words to every piece, and to reflect our tone-of-voice like it’s second nature.
